We have a dedicated Projects Group that includes projects, property, procurement and construction lawyers within a single group. When required, we can also draw upon our Banking, Corporate, Employment and Housing teams’ expertise.
The Team provides first class legal services to participants in PFI across a wide range of sectors including education, housing, leisure, energy, healthcare, courts, waste and accommodation projects.
We act for the full spectrum of clients involved in projects including procurers, sponsors, contractors and funders. We strongly believe that a client base from a mixed portfolio of sectors provides us with a truly competitive advantage. This ensures that we are aware of the requirements of all those involved in projects and therefore make the project deliverable.
A major part of the approach of the Team is that we understand that we are here to provide solutions based on our understanding of what our clients value, not just raise issues, unless we can at the same time offer solutions. It is our experience that a collaborative approach to reaching solutions and closing transactions is a more efficient and cost effective way of proceeding.
