Property Litigation

We act for a number of private clients and public sector bodies across a range of property – related litigation, including party wall disputes, boundary disputes, disputes over rights of way and easements, dilapidations (both for Landlord and tenant), rights of lights (for both developers and adjoining owners), dispute over development and purchase agreements and professional negligence claims against architects, valuers and other professionals involved in development and acquisition of land.
