We have experience of handling Health and Safety Executive investigations into accidents in the workplace. This includes assisting in preparing an Accident Report and witness statements where appropriate. We also have experience of handling a Coroner's Inquiry into an unexplained death in the workplace, including preparing a report for the coroner and representing our clients at Coroner's Inquests. We are also advising our clients on the provisions of the new Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 and have recently given a number of briefings on this subject.
